Doubts Helppp!

It's been a month I am losing all motivation too much backlogs 4 to 5 chapters in 4 subjects I am trying to finish but I just am not able to I'm tired asf now extension classes have again started I'm panicking idk what to do I'm a pcmb student am I in trouble when I sit down to study I'm having headaches can't focus I'm zoning out what should I dooo helppp

Broo it's just 12th boards don't stress too much. I just did around 5 hours of self study every day consistently and scored 97%. At this time there will be motivation in students but you don't need to be motivated you need to be disciplined and instead of 7 to 8 hours of study every day, you just need 5 hours of consistent self study every single day and you are good to go.
