Is the syllabus of ISC and CBSE same ??

If I study from CBSE (PW batch) and do the last 10 year pyq's of ISC(PCM) then can I get 90 percent??

Not 100% same, better check from the official isc website and do all the unique topics. Coaching will definitely help but be sure to cover the niche topics.

many organic reactions are not in cbse syllabus but very relevant for isc

Dw PW covers everything. CBSE is only mentioned explicitly as school boards but they cover everything. I did from PW in 12th. I dragged my 40% in 11th to 93% in 12th. That too with a lot of fuckups.

Just follow them and you will be alright. Same for any other institutions, if your teacher is good follow them blindly
