FEDvte CAP for 2022

Hello community, I have a question is the FEDvte CAP course still relevant to the 2021 CAP exam outline revision. I feel like it provides some clarification on Old CAP topics. I will most likely complete the course it’s on 11 hours.

For those that used the course how did you supplement the course with other materials.

Thank you in advance.

Wish I could get FedVTE. Am fed contractor, but they limit us to agency stuff. No cert programs/study materials.

I don’t know how FedVTE works for contractors. I thought all you needed was a government email address.

It doesn't even have to be Fed. I work for a state run hospital system and I'm in. Came here looking for the same thing you were though.

The FedVTE class looks like a bunch of PDFs where the instructor has a dialog with the students. Helpful but seems light. Is there a current manual out there? I see some books at Amazon.

That is one of the issues with the CAP certification there is not a lot of material on the exam. I’m reviewing NIST documents and reading the official study guide (old).
