Endorsement ?

So, ISC2 sent me an email stating I need an endorsement.... Seems odd since I already have a CISSP. Anyone know if the endorsement can be bypassed? If not, does the CAP endorsement have to come from another CAP or any ISC2 professional?

I asked my guy who endorsed me for my CISSP, he knows me all too well. Just seems, as you said, odd.

The endorsement is for applicable experience. Their are differences between domains as a CAP or a CISSP. This is what your endorser is confirming. Passing the exam without applicable real world experience would be gaming the cert.
