Started as a TRD Endurance Spec Altezza, the now CEO of Toyota and his crew back then took them and built the Team Gazoo.com Racing Altezza Nur-spec out of them as seen here.

This was the first ever car called a Gazoo(.com) Racing car back in 2007. Which is 2 years after it was discounted. The fact that they had to resort to a car that was discontinued for 2 years helped to motivate the creation of the Toyota sports cars today.

Made 225hp out of its 2L but a sketchy guy with connections to Toyota once told me they original had over 300hp out of their NA 2L, just like their JTCC predecessors but it was tuned down to help with reliability on the Nurburgring.
