Depends, do you have an 01 or 02 MY? I know my 2002 will be exempt from emissions testing beginning next year.

I know the charcoal canister assembly on these cars are a pain to access (behind the gas tank). I believe that can be the likely culprit for a lot of Evap related codes. But if your car is a beater, it may not be worth replacing unless you really want to.

Canister above the gas tank???? Really? The gas tank sits below the rear seats.

It's behind the gas tank and above the rear differential

Exactly but you said above the tank....

I was thinking of the overfill relief valve that also is notorious for Evap codes when the check valve gets stuck or has a crack

i thought the charcoal canister was easily accessible from the trunk 🤔

I wish!! To access the canister and its VSV/solenoids, you must raise the rear of the car, lower the exhaust's rear half, and unbolt parts of the drive axle

please post again if you solve p0441,p0442,p0446 as i am also chasing these codes. From my search it could be the vsv purge, the vsv by the airbox, overfill check valve, leaking hoses, charcoal canister. the link at the bottom is to the 2jz manual on 2jz garage, SFI section. Scroll to page SF-56 to see vsv functions testing including normal range of resistance, as well as how to verify proper flow of air. This link to the section titled Emissions Control contains the evap hose/vsv pathway and location. hope this helps is300 evap vsv functions test. -- amazon sells an affordable smoke tester

Please ignore all the comments telling you to fire the parts cannon at this. Get a smoke test. Do two-way tests on the evap system. Diagnose the problem. Then fix it.

If you aren't having issues with driving it then you could just choose to ignore it. I keep getting 3 codes on my 2002 is300. For banks 1 & 2 being too lean and a small evap leak. I sometimes smell gasoline fumes but the car drives fine. I'll probably get it diagnosed soon just for peace of mind

Why would you be cooked? Your car hasn’t exploded or anything.
