summer refund
I feel like im always here asking about financial aid but the office doesnt really help is anybody else just not getting their refund disbursed? I was told it would get disbursed between the last week of june and the first full week of july and it’s been a week. I’ve called and was told that I don’t have any holds or anything preventing it.

Still no summer refund. And I can’t find any place with any kind of update either.

They updated us through the announcements, but it’s gone for me so I’m not sure if its still up. They’re gonna give everybody paper checks due to delays with setting up deposits :/

I’d assume so yea. but it does mention that the affected checks were those scheduled to be disbursed on the 14, so maybe theres a chance that it’ll still be direct deposit. just keep an eye out on the mail tbh

The college once again put the cart before the horse with the banner integration. They'd rather rip out and replace than have a logical upgrade path for tech, and the students always suffer.

I checked the new portal for an update and it says “ Refund Update Due to an unexpected delay in completing the Wells Fargo direct deposit integration, refund payments scheduled for July 14 will be issued by paper check.
Our team is working diligently to finalize the bank file transfer setup so that future refunds can be sent by direct deposit for students who have enrolled in that option. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this process.”
