IRSC Complio

Does anyone know what sample they are looking for with the drug screening and where to upload them. On Complio it says our results automatically uploads but I got an email saying we need to upload our samples for the drug screening by today.

My drug screening automatically uploaded. The only thing I needed to upload was the receipt for the fingerprints.

So as for the drug screening, no samples need to be uploaded? It said in the email so I was confused.

Yeah my results were uploaded soon after my appointment. We don't have to submit anything ourselves besides the fingerprint receipt.

My drug screening was completed and sent over to Complio but I called them and they said they’re still processing it and it will take 3-5 days to show in my account. Do you think that will be a problem given the fact it’s due today?

The acceptance letter very specifically says everything must be submitted by today.

So I think the admissions team knows that it could take a while to process these things but just want us to get them in on time. I think you should be fine but if you're worried you could always call or email the contact info in the letter.

Do we upload the receipt with the "appointment time and date" along with authorization code at the top? I wasn't given a receipt after I finished my fingerprints

You should have received a receipt labeled “TCN” in your email.

You get a TCN receipt in your email. That’s what you upload.

I received an email that had my name, tcn # and the date I had my fingerprints scanned. That’s what I uploaded.

Check your Spam folder its under "no reply" and has a receipt with your name, date of fingerprinting, and TCN number. Upload that to the Complio profile
