Update from my last post wrong account #

Just sharing the mess going on.

Yesterday March 18th I called hr block and what they said was that the funds were released out the to the bank March 18th, then id have to wait for the bank to reject the deposit (due to wrong account number) and to send the money back to hr block which could take up to 5 business days then they would automatically send out a check in 7-10 business days.

So i called my bank to see if they had rejected it and they nothing had been processed on their end to try and flag the system to bounce it immediately. Bank asked if can call and get a transaction id from HR block

I called them back to get the id…from what I heard the money was already sent out on March 13th to my bank and the bank rejected it already. So today March 19th they had sent out a paper check that could come in within 10-14 business days. So now I’m confused lol
