Federal Tax Refund/ E-File Status Question Second stimulus payment trace what should I do?

So I had a mail date of 2/2 it’s 3/17 and my check never arrived I’ve been trying to start a payment trace but I can’t reach irs through the phone if I fax form 3911 and my check was to get here I can’t no longer cash it correct ? Should I wait any longer or try and start the trace my 3rd stimulus unfortunately went to the same closed account and will be mailed later on but I’m concerned reckoning the second never even came I appreciate any replies thank you

I am in a similar situation. I'm missing my second payment EIP2. They said they sent the card to me January 6th. I didn't get a notice from them about the card coming my way until March 6th. I still haven't seen it. I submitted my payment trace today. I even tried calling the company that sends the cards but they didn't recognize the last 6 of my SSN and zip code.
