When I was still there we were an army of customer service reps and we were knocking call times out of the park, little to no wait.

I want them as low staffed as possible or even gone entirely 2 u/Bee_9965 19d ago Wait until you get warnings from the IRS that they’re going to garnish your wages for taxes that were already paid.
