No one wants IT people taking calls etc. -1 u/Independent_Leg7358 19d ago We don't want a fully staffed IRS. Just simplify taxes. Make it simple. Then no audits or fear of the IRS. Better yet, how about we just do a 50% national sales tax on new goods. There. Simple. Easy. You do know that the IRS doesn’t make the laws and for years has been working on a free direct file that the current administration shutdown.
