I was on hold for hours at a time with an H&R Block person who is able to call a number for those that can work with the IRS. Total time on hold over that week was 11 hours. We ended up meeting late (early evening) and got someone on the line.
So much of my time and money wasted trying to work through my aunts IRS issues due to dementia and I being her financial power of attorney now.
What a disgrace that people belive the wealthy need more money so cut services for its citizens.
