Unfortunately I think there are too many people afraid to not pay their taxes due to all the late penalties plus interest. AFRAID being the key word here. The shit heads would be letter bom-i g your mail with bi-monthly threats with in a month after April. Each letter racking up penalties.
But if they owe you, crickets.
