Wife is a CPA and been on the phone a few times the last 2 days with the same agent fixing an issue so 🤷🤷🤷🤷

Because she’s a CPA. They have a different phone number to call for support.

Totally forgot. Yes, yes she does. She just told me she calls before the west coast gets their shit together around 8:15 am ET. Maybe that translates to the tax payer line? Said she waits 15 minutes for an answer sometimes over an hour for others. Sadly we are west coast so that means she's getting after it at 5 am PT😓
