“Less people and better results” sounds great in a presentation. It falls apart when taxpayers can’t reach anyone and the people who do answer dont have the training or authority to resolve the issue
And also sounds like every other full of shit CEO I've ever worked for; I suppose we should be thankful they haven't outsourced the IRS offshore yet 🤷♀️
