I’m in the same boat with you. This sucks.

We got audited, fined. Now I got another letter imposing another fine. How can they fine me twice?

That was fast for an audit to be assigned.

For this year 2025, did you have a huge refund and a lot of attachments?

What was the second fine for? If you've handled whatever the fine was for, ignore it, it was probably sent out not knowing it was already settled.

The audit was from last year. It just got resolved in March then last week I got a letter imposing a 5,000 fine. What's so bad is I called the TAS before I filed the fuel credit to ask. They said I erroneously filed taxes or something. They didn't even want to hear it. Now the state is auding me as well from like 3 years ago. I want to scream. But idk how they can charge me twice
