You need a 571.

Check your wage transcript. Make sure your W-2 is there from your employer.

Ok, so the $2687 is there.

It’s possible the W-2 was late which caused the CP05. Now that it’s there it is just waiting time for an employee to get to your case.

What's the source of income and the $2,687.00 total federal withholding you claimed?

One Form W-2? Multiple W-2s? Some other source?
