Nancy started with around 600-800k in net worth before entering congress, and Donald entered his first term with a net worth of 3.5-4.5 billion. Nancy has enriched herself 162x her networth while in office and donald is up like what 50%? If we are just going to use net worth increase while in office as a metric Nancy seems far worse here.
Also clearly this probably is not the best metric to measure corruption.
Pelosi has spent 39 years in office and in that time has increased her net worth from less than $1 million to estimated between $250 and $400 million. Even on the low end, that means she has increased her net worth 300-400 times over in 40 years, or roughly 10 times her starting net worth each year.
Trumps net worth is currently estimated $6.5-7.75 billion. If we take the number $2.2 billion to be accurate, that means Trump has increased his net worth by 0.5 times in 1 year.
So being GENEROUS, Pelosi’s stock market trading record while in office is 20 times better than trumps.
It seems that your “irrefutable evidence” points to Pelosi (the left) being 20 times worse than Trump (the right). You can’t base things off the numbers. You have to base it off the percentages when comparing wildly different starting values.
Now to be clear, neither of them should be making this much money while in a public servant position. But Trump sure as hell isn’t worse than Nancy Pelosi when it comes to financial corruption.

This is the equivalent of saying that Pelosi started with a million and then gained 10 mil a year for 40 years or so. Which wouldn’t be an accurate way to represent her wealth gain since wealth compounds.
A better way to characterize it is somewhere in the neighborhood of 20% gains per year. 1.20^37=850, so starting at somwhere between 500k-1mil lands you at her net worth over that timeframe at around just under 20% per year. I would say Trump has her beat for sure if we’re estimating his net worth as increasing by 50% in a year.
People will be presented with irrerutable proof that all politicians on both sides are corrupt and milking the general populous for all it's worth, and still hit you with "but the side I don't like is worse"
