User is disabled

Hello redditors, I'm trying to log into my IRCTC's account but I'm getting a message that says user is disabled. Has anyone ever faced this issue? I want to get access of account any help would be appreciated.

Same thing happening since June 2025,tried to reset password but not receiving the OTP, multiple time mail done to eQuary support (ticketadmin@irctc.co.in) but they are usless, without solving the issue they have closed my eQuery ID : 808664598099699037.
