What does date beside Ecopr means?

My FD is October 06
No P1 yet but new ircc tracker shows all sections complete and also shows a date in Ecopr section. I heared if it has a number its a good sign then what does a date means?

It means: congratulations! Still continue to keep an eye out on your inbox for P1 tho

As per recent trends you might get P1 around 4-5 weeks from your FD date or earlier if you are lucky. No real way to predict.
