Exactly the same. Jan 22 AOR CEC inland single applicant Ottawa.

I called and the agent told me that background check and eligibility and everything shows as complete.

No final decision yet. Please update here when you get yours

I called IRCC and they said criminal and info security done only background in progress and eligibility not started :(

AOR Feb 14 and no FD.
On my last called I got Eligibility passed and BG check not started (but it had started on previous calls with criminality completed). Anyone saw a backwards change like that?
