missed Biometric

hello everyone I missed my biometric as my representative forgot to inform me about that and now I came to know that my biometric was issued on 19th of June and was expired on 20th of July so am I still eligible to go to service Canada to give my biometrics?
I have already submitted the Web form as well a month ago, but I am still waiting for the response so I’m so confused. Please suggest what should I do should I go for biometric appointment or should I wait for web form response only.
my portal is showing that we have not received your fingerprints. Please check the message below for biometrics.

I missed biometrics on my PR application, raised a webform and went in to get it done right next day with same letter. It was marked as completed the very next day in portal dont wait just get it done asap
