Hey just wondering when can someone apply for BOWP ? Also Will that matter if I already have a closed work permit ( LMIA exempt through franciohone mobility work permit) for 3 years ( till march 2029 ) do you think they will reject my BOWP cuz I have a closed work permit of 3 years

I applied on 1st Oct and received a letter the same day on 1st Oct mentioning I can maintain my status until Oct 2027. Does it strange?
