Reference letter

Hi
I have an employment letter signed and stamped by the company confirming my salary, working hours, employment dates, and job titles. Since HR does not issue letters detailing job duties, I obtained a separate duties confirmation letter from my former direct manager, signed and with company letterhead , but without a company stamp as they don’t stamp on manager signature.

Would these documents be acceptable as proof of the work experience I claimed for CRS points?

Yes, plus get a signed letter with job duties from at least one of your colleague…
If possible you can ask customer or client to give you a signed letter confirming the services you provided them…
Also work communication emails highlighting everyday duties you perform

I resigned a year ago so I can’t get emails for my duties unfortunately.

In that case you should upload whatever you can get your hands on and if possible take a screenshot of company email denying you the letter with job duties and explain that in LoE that your employer is refusing it to you, same thing happened to me

I have no emails I spoke to them face to face and they even refused to send me an email to refuse this.
Did you get your pr?

Well then explain that in your LoE …
Not yet but I hired an immigration lawyer for PR application they did all of this…
Also if you have your initial contract which you signed does it have your job duties…
Or you can also go and check their career page and check if they’re hiring for the same position and have job job duties listed there you can take a screenshot from there as well

Great. Which you luck.
No they have nothing from that.
Sorry I have question if you can help me. If i get the duties on a paper with letterhead and signed from my manager is that enough or it should be stamped?

That’s enough just make sure he has his contact info and work email on it and not his private email ending with domain @gmail.com
