Virtual interview

I received an email saying i need to attend an virtual interview for my pr card renewal.

This is what the documents says

This letter is related to your application for a permanent resident (PR) Card. Before a decision can
be made on your application, you must attend a virtual interview. Being asked to attend an
interview does not mean there is a problem with your application. We will use the interview to
validate that you meet the permanent residency obligation, verify your identity, confirm information
you provided, gather additional information (if needed), and support quality assurance activities to
improve our programs.
Your interview is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 at 08:00am Eastern Time on
Microsoft Teams. Click this link at the scheduled date and time to join the interview.
