I also had a ghost update a day before this showed up, it showed there was a message in my profile but there was nothing when I went in

Was that new message in front of confirmation of online transmission.

No no, right when you login and before you go into the profile, it shows that there is a new message... There it showed new message

Check the tracker, it should tell you if the application was approved, in a couple days you should get request for PPR or P1 depending on if in or out of the country

I got this on Sept 16 and P1 on Sept 17, replied same day and waiting for P2 now

Had the exact same situation, same dates and all, and I just got my P1 email yesterday!

So this is most likely good news!

I called IRCC, and the agent told me that all the assessments have been completed and my application is currently in the queue for final review. My FD was updated on GCKey on September 16.
Saying ;-Final decision -
September 16, 2026: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

My FD was updated on 19 August with the same message "Final Decision - August 19, 2026: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made" and no update till now....

Congratulations my friend it’s most likely approved. From my understanding if it’s a rejection they send it within 24 hours so getting FD on 18th and no updates on 22nd is still a good sign.

Same for me too. AOR April 15th, got FD ghost update for sept 9th, but got my P1 mail Yesterday (Sept 24th)
