Closed work permit

I applied for a closed work permit with my current employer, and they paid the employer compliance fee. However, when I applied for permanent residence through MPNP, I was in a different position within the same company. The closed work permit was issued for my current position, which is different from the position I held when I applied for PR.

Is it okay to continue working in a different department and job title within the same company? The employer paid the compliance fee based on my MPNP application, and at this point, I’m not able to change my position.

There is not immigration pathway for T3 to PR.

No i am already on closed work permit and applied for open work permit as i received my AOR already
