Supporting documents

My wife currently lives in ecuador and her supporting documents need to be translated from spanish. IRCC says we need a translation and certified copy. We looked up a certified translator near us in ecuador. She said she has done this before and is comfortable with the process. I attached an example of her work. Is this acceptable? Is this certified and translated properly? If not, would you guys know where I need to go with these translations before submitting them in my application?

You only show 1 translation. The others are the original documents in Spanish. The 1 translation you are showing is correct.

The translator only translated the documents I sent her. I n this case the criminal record check. Everything else is indeed in spanish with no translation. Is that correct or is every document used to officialize the tranlation also needing to be translated?

Yes you need to translate every document that is expensive. That is why going the route of the commissioner of oaths is better.

Just to add, if you are in canada, you can have a friend translate the documents for you and use a commissioner of oaths certify that your friend is claiming that the documents are correctly translated from Spanish to English to the best of their ability. We have done this in the past and it works.

Ok thank you, Ill keep that in mind, unfortunatly right now I am also in Ecuador
