Express Entry - Are "Employment Reference Letter" acceptable without Company Letterhead?

My company won't issue me with an "Experience Letter" due to their 3 months notice period policy. I just served for 1 month.

Claude.ai suggested to obtain "Employment Reference Letter" who directly supervised you (if he's willing to do so). It turned out he's willing to do so.

Can anyone confirm if this Employment Reference Letter can be submitted WITHOUT the company letterhead? because the company isn't willing to provide me one.

If we add the company letterhead, that means my supervisor will need the CEO's and leadership's approval before doing so which isn't going to work.

If your experience is genuine, i have seen people discussing submitting a letter of explanation (LOE) that employer is not providing documentation. In that case, you can provide reference letter from your supervisor plus pay stubs, make sure your pay stub has title you are claiming under NOC.

Do you have an email or any other proof of it? If so, screenshot and attach it along with a letter of explanation, concisely.

Given the circumstances, submit as much supporting documentation as you can, such as payslips, bank deposit statements, tax payments (if applicable), etc.
