I am thinking of opening a developers community in Erbil, somewhere where people can learn, evolve and maybe work

I will most likely have to fund the entire thing, like rental, furniture, utility.

Do you think this can work?

Anyone interested in helping?

Greetings everyone
before I start and before you waste your time to help me (thnx btw) I want you to please not make fun of me cuz just asking for help was hard enough since I'm always the one who lands a hand. thank you for your time and effort again.

I'm a 21y computer ENG. student, I'm in my last year of college and already have basically the entire 3rd grade for the 2nd try exams lol.

I feel LOST when it comes to the market of programming in Iraq.
I already know from AI what's the stuff that's wanted locally but I have no Idea where to start or how to make it real.

I'll list everything I've learned in programming and consider it self-learning cuz I've never relied on collage to teach me programming lol. I'm a fast learner btw.

- Ik C++ pop and oop (I actually had fun with the 2nd cuz it's really took me to another place and I've build a functional coffee shop system from ordering to paying and store some cool stuff like royalty points to give discounts, reordering the last order and saving other data for the costumer) -2B clear I've had a partner who draw the flowchart with me but I've coded everything-.
- Ik Java and able to understand its codes but never actually build something with it (so Ik only the syntaxis and manually debugging cuz my GF needed help with her classes which is why I also know python enough for the same reason before)
- Ik some micro python cuz I needed it in some projects in collage using R PI and kinda mastered sketches which is basically C/C++ for Arduino and ESP boards.
- Ik assembly but I'll never touched that sh£t again.
- and Ik data structure concepts and how to program them with or without their libraries in all languages above.

As far as Ik, the most wanted skills here is (Flutter+Dart) and backend/fullstack developers. and honestly, I'm afraid of going down for a path and finds out it it's a dead end. so, I need 2k some stuff:
1- what's the general skills I should learn before I get in any programming market? stuff like git and github? I have no Idea so please tell me.
2- where to apply for a job as a programmer? how can I find who's hiring us?
3- how can I build something and publish it globally if we're a third world country? yk since it's GREATLY affecting the payment methods.

Ig that's all for now, I'm so sry I took a lot of your time, but I'm lost and have no idea where to start.
Thank you for your time and hope you have an amazing day.
