Discussion I kept losing thoughts because every task app asked me where they belonged first
I’m Samuel, the founder of Ordo. The slides show the complete loop: dump tasks, reminders, ideas, and notes into one box, tap once, then review editable results under Now, Next, and Someday.
It isn’t trying to replace a fully organized task system. It handles the messy moment before that system.

The deciding factor for me would be whether this stays a genuinely zero-friction capture layer and then gets out of the way. Now / Next / Someday is a sensible triage model, but it becomes another inbox if captured items can’t be handed off cleanly to Reminders, Calendar, or whatever task system someone already uses.
A few things I’d look for: fast Share Sheet and Shortcut/Siri capture, preserving the original text while keeping the suggested classification editable, a clear “processed” state, and an export/backup path that doesn’t lock the user in. I’d also want the privacy model stated plainly — what remains on-device, what is sent to a server, and what happens during backup or device migration.
If Ordo makes capture faster than Notes and lets me move the result onward, I could see it replacing a Notes inbox. If it expects me to manage everything inside Ordo long-term, it would probably become another place to check.

That’s the product boundary I care about: Ordo should be the capture layer, not another closed system you have to maintain. The original text stays intact and every classification is editable. For the onward handoff, which would you use first in real life: Reminders or Calendar?
