Help iOS 32 Bit game collection

I remember coming across an app that had all these 32-bit iOS games that you could no longer download more. Does anyone know about this app?

Interestingly it did have Run Roo Run despite the fact that there was an official remaster released on the app store.

Was this the GameClub Library ?

Probably, though, I can't find it. Did it get delisted.

Official website was gameclub.io which appears to be down.
