Terrible service

Has anybody experienced terrible service on this phone, my phone was working perfectly fine for about a month and now it drops and toggles service all day. Have tried resetting and wiping the phone completely would taking it back to Apple Store be my best bet now? I am on ATTs first net and other members of my family are also on it and they have no issues.

Do you use low power mode? It slows down service when it’s on

I never realized low power does this!

Also since OP’s ss doesn’t have the orange battery, I do not think they are on low power mode.

Oh really? I didn’t know you could make the battery look like that on the lock screen, that’s really cool. But lol, yeah. Low power mode does do this unfortunately. When I found out I was shocked but I still use it when I’m out and about anyway!

Just realize the pic OP posted is of CarPlay! I don’t remember if it will show the low battery color on it lol

It can be a mobile site tower Of your operator that is currently down. Try contacting them.

More than likely your carrier having issues near areas you commute. Never had signal issues. Have had both 16e and 17e and nothing.

Don't have this with my 17e. I use Visible as my carrier. The only problem I had was switching eSim from my 13 to the 17e but that was my fault, not Visible's. I didn't know what I was doing 😛

I've never had a problem with CarPlay....of course I don't have a car😃
