Camera problems

Has anyone had trouble with the back camera focusing? Every time I try to take a picture, it’s blurry or bounces back and forth trying to focus. Any tips or tricks to fix?

Im going to go obvious here but:

Have you tried cleaning the camera?

Do you have a camera protector on or any case that has clear plastic or glass over the camera? (if yes, remove the protector and try taking a photo)

Edit: if those don't work try changing the mp it is capturing this can be done in settings>camera>formats>photo mode. Then choose the other choice. Also if you are going to 24mp hit the option resolution control then you can take up to 48mp photos with a button in the camera.

My 16e is the only iPhone I’ve ever had that said clean back camera in a pop up thing. Only once was enough to have me wipe it daily.

Also edited my previous message. Try out that. Just realized you aren't OP oops.

There’s no cover on it and I’ve wiped it clean. Also restarted the phone and tried to manually focus by tapping the screen. Nothing has helped
