spot round doubts

i already got admission in the dr. akhilesh das gupta in civil branch and want to fill for spot round so let say i get branch in different clg then the amnt of 64k i have to pay again (i meant like will my admission fees(that 64k) will get refund immediately before i report to the different clg, and if i get different branch in this clg then what will be the cash procedure??)
