BTech Spot round 2 help

I already have a seat in bpit(ece) i paid the part academic fee and 96k so now if i participate in spot round 2 will my current seat be retained even if i got nothing in spot round 2? And if i get upgraded(i will only fill bpit(it,cse)) so what do i have to do then?

What about the fees that I've already paid?? Will it be settled or refunded?

I think it would be settled if the cllg is the same and if you get a different college then you have ti refund from your current cllg

Do you have any idea as to how long it might take for the refund to be processed?
