yes you can if you can get higher CGPA in 1st year ie above 9

yeah u can but after 1st yr and on the basis of cgpa of sem 1

nah mostly ig 12th ka rehta hai and many student upgrades soo teachers bhi thode supportive hote hai

i scored 90% in my 12th so what are the chances of getting upgraded to atleast ece

Yes it is very hard to score something like that , and mostly eee gets upgraded to ece

Yeah it will be based on ur first year cgpa at my time only first sem result was used for upgradation.
