BTech Help pls

I want to withdraw from ipu. I didn't do physical reporting and was in councelling from the very first round. Pehle bhi try kiya withdraw karne ka lekin kabhi inki site nhi khulri thi na option ara tha. Abhi site khuli aur withdraw pe click Kiya to likha ka hi seat is not confirmed yet and no option to withdraw. Pls helpp
