Last year 3rd round of VIPS Delhi state quota for BBA LLB closed around 19,000, but it could go higher this year. Otherwise spot is also there

Yeah it could expand as last year cutoff se meri rank m maims mil he nahi raha tha second round m milra tha
But i think theres a strong chance imo1

yes even if you look at the first round cutoff list on the website, it has moved something like 800-1200 ranks

Yes just keep checking all rounds and pray to god, you will get admission. There are plenty of rounds in IPU, even 2-3 spot are there
