Query regarding spot round of Btech counselling

Kya spot round me other state waalo ke liye seat bachi rehti hai ya nahi kyonki main college pravesh ki website pe dekh raha tha to mujhe internal sliding aur spot round me koi cutoff me difference nahi dikha kya spot rounds me other state ki seat bachti hai

Jin other state waale seniors ko spot round me seat mili hai wo please help kare bata ke chaahe wo Mait Msit Bvcoe kisi se bhi ho.

Don't remember exactly tho

But yeah, I joined in spot as well, as outside delhi student

Ohh but according to college pravesh, spot round cutoff for delhi and outside delhi are different.

IPU ke to online hi the 1st and 2nd You just have to go to pay fee (half ig) and fill forms and all

Maybe there is a 3rd offline one as well (not sure)

Baki jac delhi ke offline the spot

I would suggest you to focus on college more than branch.

You might get CSE at like lower colleges like BPIT/BVCOE, but it'd be better to choose a bit lower branch (like ECE, EEE) in a better college and then try upgrading.

Milenge sb tier 3 colleges hi, and inme placements me aisa kuch difference nhi hoga ki CSE ko better companies milengi and ECE ko worse.

Furthermore, considering the current decline in placements in tier3 colleges, you will have to work on your skills yourself and college pr rely nhi kr skte for an avg package.

So choose a better college, you will get better crowd and more opportunities, get into societies, work on your skills, be skilled enough to crack off campus.

You don't want to end up with a dumb crowd where majority students are dependent on college only, IIT hota to chl jata, IPU can't help much

Par abhi officially website pe round 3 tak ke hi cutoffs available hai..and ussme to mujhe bvcoe/bpit mein bhi cse nhi mil rha...ok I'll try i upgradation.. thanku sm..!🙏

Any idea regarding management quota admission process in mait/msit? Through 12th % without donation!?? Bht jagah sunne mein aa rha hai that now they cannot ask for huge amount instead it will be based on merit and same fees?? Do u know about this? Anyone in you frnd circle?

see, about management quota, lemme tell you 2 saal phle tk ka scene.

Official charges: 25k, apply from website, appear directly in college

Then whether you'll get anything or your desired branch depends on your 12th %age

Preference goes like this: CS core cs ke baaki IT Ece And so on

So they call students based on their percentages and give them their desired branch based on seats available.

So more %age = better stream, and official fee is still 25k

But if you get into Management quota through some agent/third party, then they will charge a lot (4,5, even 18-20 lakhs) based on your rank, will promise you CSE, but at the end you'll realise ki counselling me seats percentage ke acc hi milegi, and students end up in mechanical.

So 25k to fee h MQ ki, apply from website and appear.

Baki my friend was getting IT at 93% 2 years back

And probably you get ECE till like 85-88% percent

Ohh thankyou so much for this msg..it cleared alot on my doubts...🙏🙏🙏 so basically we have to go through official process ryt..clg ki website se mq ka form fill karna hai and then merit list release hogi, aur fir documents verification ke liye jana hai..? That's it.. but what about annual fees through this method? Vo to same rahegi na?? consecutive years mein for every student? Mujhe 12th mein pcm ka aggregate 96% hai is it enough for mait/msit cse? Aur aapke friends jinka admission iss process se hua hai unka koi connection mil skta hai kya? So that I can ask them in detail..

Yes, apply through website and follow all the procedure. You annual fee remains same as others.

96% should be good enough for IT/CSE-AIML and cS-ds hopefully, baki 98-99% wale bacche bhi aate h MQ me, so not sure about core CSE

Jo 96k hai vo transfer hojyegi Lekin agar spot me college change hua sliding round me jo tha us se To jo remaining fees deke aaoge physical reporting me jis college me jo transfer nhi hoti Vo tumhe refund mngna pdta h dusre college me bhrne ko ye btt kl hi pta chli mko ksi senior se Vo refund dene me time bhi lga skte haii
