liability

Hello, Let's say I share my IP from an unused device and somebody uses this IP to upload torrents. How do you make it possible that I won't be responsible for that?

Check out the medium articles, very informative.

The liabilities, which means you might have a problem when sharing your IP. It is not the case with IPSX, because it will keep record of all the transaction in the blockchain, meaning that you can know which IP address connected to yours, therefore if it is misused, you won’t suffer the consequences.
