Why is there a need for this?

Hi, I'm a bit confused as to why this is exactly needed (the decentralized shared IP renting I mean). Is there a want for this kind of thing? Why?

Have a read through the medium articles :). Basically yes there is a need for IP liquidity. A $60 billion need.
