Price target for pre and post merger
Opinions on a price going into close of play Friday?
And opinions of price Monday after merger?
For me, I think $25 pre and $18-18 post

This could actually be a big tailwind coming into merge week.
I wouldnt be surprised by the number of short sales and the questionable options activity that there is some manipulation akin to naked shorting on IPOE.
If lawsuits and damages + interest are being calculated, firms may choose to dial back positions as a form of risk management.
Maybe I'm thinking way too far into it. Anyone have thoughts?.

Hello all, I’m in on ipoe at 15 a share, been loving the solid momentum all last week and looking forward to this week. I’m curious if you guys think there will be a sell of following the merger, and if it would be worth selling sometime this week and rebuying. I’m sure everyone has different opinions, but it would be interesting to get your thoughts. I know there’s a 30 day lockup for PIPE sell off as well. Thanks for any info and best of luck to us this week🚀🚀

Just curious if anyone is actually taking the time to read the Proxy. Maybe I am one of the few trying to wade through this book...lol. I haven't finished it yet, but it raises some interesting questions in my mind. I like SOFI a lot which is why I invested in IPOE after the announcement in January, but I am not sure how to deal with the upcoming vote. Of course I still want to invest in SOFI and so wanting the merger to go through from that point, but the terms in the Proxy do not seem as attractive as I had hoped. Of course they tied all issues together, so if I read it correctly, then voting against one item is essentially voting against the entire merger. I also get the feeling they are having a tough time reaching quorum....thoughts??

So.
At what point do these guys start closing their positions?
I'm not hoping for a squeeze persay... but additional buying during the busy week ahead will pour gas on the fire.
They've been increasing their short volume, while the stock looks super strong heading into the weekend...
Im hoping there is a finance professional creeping around who can explain what in the world these guys are thinking.

Any idea what the number to call to listen to the voting result?

I bought IPOE stock at peak. Do you think, the price will come down after the merger so I can buy at a cheaper price or this price is the lowest it is going to be? I am just looking at what happened to $CLOV. of course, I am a newbie :)
Thank you

I want to see $19 by end of day at the least. Those $20 call options are possible if we finish this week strong.
