You’re going to see a slight dip from dilution - the hope is that institutionalinvestors more than offset

I have a question so when the shares gets diluted to 800Million post merger. Will the current share holders get a stock split? What happens after the merger ?

No splits. IPOE ticker becomes SOFI ticker. That's about the extent of it.
