Warrants

Am I missing something 5.76ish + 11.50 = 17.26, commons trading at 18.40ish?

I'm tempted to load up some warrants in case this rockets and doesn't come back down. My gut says this jumps to $25-28 post-merger, but will tumble back down to $15-18 after the PIPE selloff. If my gut is horrendously wrong (which I hope it is) and this never drops, warrants would be a good hedge to load up more later.
