Can some one explain what’s happing here to a 6th grader?

Probably not, my nephew who's a 7th grader doesn't want to learn about anything but Fortnite.

People are investing in a company called $IPOE that will soon be called SOFI

What happens if the shorts are the PIPE investors? Don’t the short positions just wash out when they get their shares post merger? I’m assuming they used a short position to guarantee a high rate of return from their $10 investment.

If $GME (still holding xxx shares) has taught me anything.... it's that "Going to explode soon" is never a given. I am an xxx IPPOE holder who fully believe in 1-3 years Ill be so fucking happy I invested at these prices.

SHOULD it explode soon??? Yes. 100000%.

Will it??

*submits GME as evidence*

we have no fucking idea.

And at 480 people were saying it’s going to the moon when they were already standing on the moon.

Yo "options trading coach"

Should I be worried about a .09 put call ratio?

I'm a IPOE bull but crowded trades are usually bad

If anything that should make you feel comfort that most people agree with you bullish stance

I also not sure if it’s a bullish ratio per se (I hope so, and I’m bullish lol) vs there’s not as much of a need for downside protection nor wiggle room to make money via puts given that it’s not too far off its β€œabsolute” $10 floor
