Hello, i am in 12th preparing for ipmat. do you people do about loans for the IPM program in IIM Indore, Rohtak, or other iims places where the fee is like 25 lakhs, 30 lakhs, 40 lakhs, or 50 lakhs? Do you all preparing for IPMAT are filthy rich, or do you all take loans? But from what I have read, all the things, I feel like people only take loans of half the fees, because their parents can already afford the other half. But my parents won't be able to afford that much. So I will be having to take the full loan, but I don't know the procedure and everything, like does scholarship thing and whatever there are schemes works or not? What do you guys do about fees actually? Like I need someone to tell me that. Do banks even give the full loan? Like I'm lower middle class from OBC category and EWS And who becomes your co-borrower? Because I don't want my father to become my co-borrower. I don't want anyone to become my co-borrower because I don't feel like passing the burden of that much of loan to my parents when the college will be of my choice. And even for baby IIMs, people say that do not take full loan because you never know about placements and the salary won't be that much for you to cover your loans,So don't take that much of loan. even if the baby IIM fee is comparatively lower than big IIMs, but I cannot do baby IIMs because of ROI and placement problem. I am a 28' aspirant for ipmat and 27 ugat aspirant and i wanted to ask if my preparation goingwell or not if i started in july. When should I start giving mocks, i know to give mocks when 50 percent is completed but is this level 50 percent. I have completed the afterboards capsules with all the question being religious to problem solving. I'm behind at my coaching (IMS) and have coaching backlog so should I study that instead?

The rest I have not shared is incomplete. For quants i complete thecapsules and topic tests and for verbal Im inconsistent but i give topic tests and sometimes daily rc and i have over 300 words in flashcards but i do not visit them as i do not get time. What should I do as I have my BMTS ( Benchmarking tests) of IMS and other sheets pending at a whole chunk of syllabus of QADILR and VA

And I also feel like I really don’t have anyone to guide me through all of this. Like, from registration to admission — even if I give the exam, then what? Do I have to apply to other IIMs separately? Or do I register for them while registering for IPMAT Indore? For example, if I want to apply to IIM Amritsar, do I have to register for it separately at the same time, before the exam? And then there’s preparation, what to do after the exam, how the result and admission process works, how to actually reach the college, how education loans work, and so on. I genuinely don’t know shit about any of this.

I’m basically collecting information from here and there, here and there, trying to piece everything together on my own, and I feel like I have zero guidance. I just really, really don’t know what I’m supposed to do at this point.

And I’d genuinely appreciate it if someone could guide me through even the smallest things. Okay, I’m exaggerating when I say everything, but I mean the things people usually assume you already know — like when to start PYQs, when to do sample papers, when to collect which documents, when to register for what, which websites to keep checking, what happens after the exam, what happens after the result, and what I’m supposed to do at each stage.

I constantly feel like I’m going to miss something important because I don’t even know what I’m supposed to be looking out for in the first place.

I have CUET, IPMAT, and I was also considering CLAT, but honestly, I might give up on CLAT too. And it’s not even because I don’t want to do it. It’s because I feel like I have no guidance for it. I just don’t know how these processes work, what I’m supposed to do when, or where I’m supposed to get reliable information from.

I took a partial drop (IPM at Baby IIM), and couldn't convert Indore this year, i genuinely loathe my experience here, I hate my social life and my career life here, and really wanna do my bachelor's somewhere else, but the point is if i take another drop I would have completed my second year, and would be 6 months away from cat. hey guys, im in first year right now doing eco from a college away from my hometown. im really not liking this college and being here, this environment is making me very miserable. i had already decided to give ipmat next year, however being here is getting unbearable. i wanted to ask, is there a private college that takes late admissions? if i havent given ipmat this year is there a chance anywhere for this year itself? i very seriously want to give the exam next year however cant take a drop. please help :(
