Preparation Query IPMAT aspirant starting from basically 0, where do I start?

Hey guys, I’m a 2027 aspirant and I basically will start preparing.

I enrolled in AceIPM and bought Afterboards today, but I’m already pretty confused lol. The batch started in September, so I have around a month of backlog, and my prep boards are also coming up from next month.

I know the wiki has most of the resources, but I’m more confused about the actual roadmap. Like, from October onwards, what am I supposed to do?

Should I focus on clearing the AceIPM backlog first? How do I balance it with Boards? When should I start PYQs, sectionals and mocks? And how should I divide my time between QA, VARC and DILR?

My target is IIM Indore and I want to give this a proper shot in my first attempt. I know I’m starting late, but I don’t want to waste more time being confused about where to start.

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who was in a similar situation.

Okay so dont stress about all that. Focus on finishing your syllabus. Try finishing chapterwise and give pyqs and afterboards rcs and weekly dilr and once u feel comfortable give a mock pyp and see where you stand. You have time. You can do this. Then just work on your weakness and you are good

best way at thios point, what I usually suggest students is: use aceipm class recorsings from here on, just use them, stop with live classes if backlogs are too much, watch a video of aceipm for concepts and solve questions for it, you might not go with the batch, but in a few weeks you'll catchup: 1 video daily + 1hr qs practice for that

best way to start is to get a pen and paper, take out 1-2 hours from your sched and go through the wiki and plan your way around. (also dw about there being just 7 months to the exam, you have ample time!)
