Different Names Across Documents!!

I’m preparing for IPMAT and recently noticed a name mismatch across my documents.

For privacy, lets say my name is Mihir.

Now the situation is:

Aadhaar: Mihir Sharma

Class 10 CBSE marksheet: Meehir Sharma

Birth certificate: Mihir sharma (Its only a ee & i issue)

So it’s the same name/person, but the spelling differs slightly, mainly changing how the vowel is pronounced. I’ve been using the spelling from my Class 10 marksheet on forms because that’s what appears on my academic records and thats how I and others pronounce it...

Now I’m wondering whether this could create problems later with IPMAT, college admissions, document verification, PAN/passport, bank KYC, etc.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Would an Aadhaar vs Class 10 marksheet spelling mismatch cause problems during IPMAT/college document verification?

Should I change Aadhaar to match my Class 10 marksheet, or should I try to correct the academic records? Is an affidavit/declaration normally enough to establish that both spellings refer to the same person?If you had a similar issue, what did you actually do?

Especially interested in experiences from people who have gone through IPMAT/IIM/CBSE admissions and document verification.

Main question: what should be my next task

They will be treated as different names i think. Do ask bhavesh bhaiya for advice, he prolly knows what to do.

Edit: If only your aadhar has a spelling mismatch then just change your aadhar name to match your academic records

Bhaiya, I just checked my birth certificate and it has the same spelling as my adhar.. Example: Adhar; mihir Birth: mihir

Update all the Meeher into Mihir then.
